Assalamualaikum.... Pengangguran merupakan suatu permasalahan lawas di Indonesia. kenapa? karena setiap tahunnya ribuan mahasiswa lulus dari universitas-universitasnya. tahun ini adalah giliranku... ngomong masalah mencari kerja, bisa dibilangg gampang-gampang susah. disini aku pengen berbagi mengenai pengalamanku mencari kerja, check it dot! Pertama kali aku merasakan mencari kerja itu sekitar 1 tahun yang lalu. aku ikutan test masuknya Astra Internasional. Tahap pertama, administrasi. lolos. tahap dua, dipanggil di Surabaya untuk menjalani Psikotest. Alhamdulilah lolos lagi, setelah itu dilanjutkan dengan test interview HRD. disini aku menemukan hadangan pertama. grogi minta ampun!!! jadinya waktu interview bukannya menceritakan siapa diriku yang sebenernya, malah nggedabrus, curhat2an gitu... bisa ditebak dong hasilnya, yap gagal!!! Setelah itu aku berhenti test2an segala, sampai disuatu ketika, aku ngelihat ada lowongan di sebuah PMA yang bergerak di bidang agribisnis. pabriknya ...
